Hello readers,
I have been thinking of taking a step from the $30-$50 range of pens, but just didn’t know which way to go. I knew that I would have to save up for a pen of this caliber, so I started saving some before I found out about a new BENU pen.

I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed the simple packaging that this company offers. Part of why I decided to go with this company is their unique backstory. The company started up in Russia, but then when Russia decided to overstep theirs boundaries, BENU decided to move their entire operation, machines and people included, to a new home.

This pen is from their Talisman line of pens, and is the new special edition Lavender pen. I have really come to love the smell and sight of lavender flowers, and when I read that these pens actually had some lavender in the resin of the pen I knew this was the grail pen for me that I could actually afford if I saved my money correctly.

I am glad that I was able to get one of the first hundred of these pens. I really like the fact that the pen doesn’t have the number on itself, but instead you get this card with the number instead.

I purchased this from Goulet Pens with a fine nib, and am extremely happy with how it writes. I am already on my second converter of ink in here. This pen really does smell like lavender when uncapping the pen.
That is going to do it for this post. Honestly I don’t feel very much of a need to save up for a new pen right away, so I may just be talking about the pens I already own for the next little bit. Have any of you gotten your grail pen and then felt fairly complete concerning your collection? I would love to hear your thoughts on that, so please feel free to leave a comment. I know it will be a little late, but my next post will be my inked up pens. After that I will be working on my review of the BENU Lavender pen. Until next time reader. Stay happy and healthy, and keep on learning!
