Hello readers,
Today marks the seventeenth day of the Inkvent, so that means we get to open a new ink. I honestly don’t know that I have ever enjoyed an ink purchase before like this. Now on to the ink of the day!
Today’s ink is called Lavender Frost. This is almost more of a grey than purple, but it is definitely a purple ink with multicolored shimmer in it. I think that the shimmer really adds a nice touch to it. I really liked this ink, and decided to ink it up right away. I decided to put it in my Lilac LAMY AL-Star with a fine nib. So far I am really happpy with this combination. I don’t think I have any ink quite like this one.
That about does it for my initial thoughts on this ink. I am writing with it more to see if I continue liking it as much, and will update you all after I have used it more. It looks like a really nice color. It’s dark enough that I could see using it. I’ll be interested to see how you like it with the EF nib.

I was wrong and it is actually a fine nib. So far I really like the combo, and I don’t think that is gonna change. Though I think something closer to a medium would be better for showing off the ink
