Hello readers,
Here we are on day twenty-three of the Inkvent calender. It is hard to believe that we are almost at the end of the event, but it has been a lot of fun. I honestly don’t know what I am going to do to follow this up, but I will keep trying. Now on to the ink of the day.
Today’s ink is calle Fireside Snug. At first I thought this was going to be a rich red like yesterday, but I was pleasantly surprised when it came out more orange than red. I can defiitely see the color of a nice fire in this ink, and I like it quite a bit. This reminds me of Diamine Pumpkin, and as such I will be more likely to use it during spooky season.
That pretty much sums up my initial thoughts on this ink. Do you think I am right in my comparison for this ink? Do you think I should try and participate in this event again next year, and share it with all of you? Until tomorrow friends. Stay happy and healthy, and keep on learning!

I think this is more red than Pumpkin. I actually think I might like this one better! (And I really like Diamine Pumpkin!)
As to whether or not you should participate again next year, I can see it both ways. I know some people who end up doing it every year, but others find a different way to showcase inks they already have, choosing ones they haven’t used a lot or ones they especially like. That doesn’t sound like as much fun as the Inkvent Calendar, but it is cheaper! I’ll be happy to read about whatever you decide to do!
