Shaggy's Left Handed Journey In Writing

Hello readers,

My apologies for not posting anything sooner, I have been busy with some non-pen things. I have still been using my pens on a regular basis, but I have now misplaced my ink swatch notebook. Since I can’t put my new inks in to my book, I am having a hard time sharing my thoughts on them. This brings me to the topic of this post. Do I just start a new book or do I continue looking for my old one?

I realized that I started that notebook back just shortly after I started this blog, which was a year ago now. It was really nice having all of the inks that I had used in there, so that I could look back over the choices I made throughout the year. I find myself missing the notebook almost as much as I miss friends I haven’t seen in a while. Another reason that I miss that notebook so much is the fact that it has my initial thoughts for the Diamine Inkvent for last year.

I use Maruman Mnemosyne B5 dot grid notebooks for my ink swatches, so it isn’t too expensive to replace. I also still have nearly all of the inks that I had put in the old one, so it shouldn’t be too hard for me to recreate it. I can also look back at some of my older posts, just to make sure that I can put the Inkvent inks back in the correct order.

Now that you have heard my thoughts on this situation, what are your thoughts? Do you think that I am just crazy for wanting my old note book back? Would you just start a new one and not even think about the old one?
